I have opened a new account on 18-Mar-2024. Today when I tried to update my address. It is asking security questions. I was not asked to set up security questions when I have created a new account. I tried Chat Bot. Chat bot said a tickect will be opened to resolve issue. But no ticket was issued and chat was closed.
It is disappointing that you can not contact Upwork for any problem which may accure during your project.
