How to report a bug?

I'm facing a strange bug on freelancer teams, have shared some more information in a screenshot below.

I'm trying to leave a Company on upwork which I was previously affiliated with, all existing contracts have been closed for over 1 month but I get an error message when I try to do this still?

I've looked into this and couldn't find any other similar situations.
