I am not able to receive my FCE certificate validation

Dear support team and upwork colleagues,

I am facing this issue where my FCE informaion was sent to upwork and it never got validated or added to my profile.

I did tried to sent it again, but I have the following message on the candidates page.

I saw on my tickets that upwork did recive the information 3 months ago but still not appearing.

I please ask froa solution on this.
