I am not sure if this upwork talent group is legit or not

So, I did a test they sent me earlier on and I received an offer but before starting to work on the project I am required to complete an admin task, which they attached a link in the message with the text"task here".

I click on the task link and it's for certificate insurance that required for project $75k & above. I am not sure what do I do and I don't think this project is more than that as my contract is based on hourly charge

I checked the onboarding task you are referring to and you can disregard the Certificate of Insurance task if your project earning potential is under $75000.
