I need to report an attempted scam where suddenly new work was added to a contract via the chat messages that was never part of the original contract. As soon as I drew attention to the sudden change in terms and additional work beyond the 2 hours the contract had actually specified explicitly, they got upset that they would not get extra work for free. I have literally no idea how I can actually report this because the "submit a ticket" link is broken now and I never got a "..." in Messages to report the message that indicated the client asking for 1) additional work that was not in the contract 2) BEFORE any contract had been established. His language was very clearly indicating he expected the additional uncontracted work right away even though the contract wasn't even signed nor was it part of the terms we had tacitly agreed upon.
