I can't download the file client sends me on message box.

A new project is being discussed in the message box.

The client sends me a file I need to check.

But I can't download it.

This is the redirect link when the download button is clicked.

The client uploaded the file again, but it still could not be downloaded.

So now I suggest to the client to zip the file and upload it again.

Thank you for reaching out. Could you please try downloading again using a different browser or the incognito mode of your current browser? You may also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Also note that we only officially support the latest two versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.
