I'm required to verify my identity but I have no action to take

Some of your services are temporarily on hold.

We are completing a Know Your Customer review of your account. This process should be completed within 24 to 48 hours. If the hold on your account is not removed within 48 hours, please contact Upwork Customer Support.


This message has been shown on my account for around 4 days now. I uploaded the government ID and it wont go away or give me an option to upload another image of the ID. I have no actions I can take on the account on my end
