I subscribe paid membership for an Agency but I did not get single connect for bid.

Recently, I bought paid membership for my Agency and did not get any single connect. So, I have to buy connect sepertly for the bid. There will no connects available for paid membershipt.
Can you plz guide here?

Hi Mayur,

Thank you for upgrading to the Agency Plus plan. An upgrade to the Agency Plus plan will not offer free Connects but allows you to purchase Connects for a reduced rate of $0.15 (USD) each and helps you build your freelancer team with other benefits. Check out this help page for more information.
