I withdrew a boosted proposal (first time using the website)

I withdrew a boosted proposal with the intention of resending a better/more attractive message. (where I link my findings)

I didn't know I couldn't resend (if the initial proposal was boosted)

I don't know how to reach upwork staffs. see if they could lift this rule

Hi Ayman,

I would like to clarify that if you withdraw a boosted proposal, you can’t submit the proposal again (with or without boosting) and you will still be charged as if you had not withdrawn. Check out this help page for more information.

I also used 20 boost connects for one proposal because I thought they recharged automatically or something. no chance of refunding those, right?
