ID Verification Failed

Hi community members, 
Upwork recently asked me to verify my identity by adding my ID card. When I uploaded my card my profile name was showing "Muhammad Bilal" which is not my username/profile name. My Upwork profile name is "Muhammad Azeem". 

And the username field is not editable, so I can correct my username. 
 
Anyone can help me figure it out as I am thinking to verify my identity after fixing my username issue.

Hi Muhammad,

You're seeing that name because it's the account holder's name for a billing method you added, and the verification request you're getting is for that person's identity. You may proceed with verifying his information as requested.
