ID Verification

Hi,
Recently I tried to add an withdrwal method. But for name mismatch the withdrwal/payment method is deactivated. I opened a ticket and support team reached out to me asking to submit photo ID. I provided my US issued driver's license.

One of the support team member sent me message that this, and I quote "The billing statement you provided is acceptable. We need you to submit an alternate government-issued image ID as we couldn't verify the previous submission's authenticity. Please submit an image of the actual government-issued photo ID." end quote.

If US driver's license is not an actual Govt. issued image ID I don't know what else there is to give. Just incopmpetence! Now they are ignoring my ticket and messages. I can't receive any payment from anyone. This forum post is my last hope. If any support team member sees it, please don't take it personally. I just want solution and not excuses.
