IDs rejected for verification

Honestly, I’m tired and I don’t know what to do anymore. 

I applied for a job and the client had an interview with me and hired me. Immediately, I saw the verification email. Note that prior to this, I had the Rising Talent batch which is untouched by the way.

So I followed the steps to verify my identity through the email I received. I used my voters card, it was rejected. I used my National Identify card, it was rejected too. 

I've tried this more than once and it keeps getting rejected. I wrote to support but they only lifted the hold on my account but my IDs are still being rejected. 

I don't hav any other means of verification apart from my Voters Card and National Identity Card. I need help with this please.
