Identity Verification Still in Review after 2 Weeks!

I am posting from this new account in a family members name because (for some reason) posting from my active account (**Edited for community guidelines**) was impossible, the topic and reply buttons greyed out (am I suspended or something?).

 

I need urgent help with my own account (**Edited for community guidelines**) because my earnings are being withheld. I two-part verified my account using my passport 16 days ago but it is still being reviewed! Please help me.
