Issue with Automatically Withdrawn Proposals on Upwork

I am a freelancer and I have recently joined Upwork and gained a rising talent badge and identity verified tick as well. The issue I am facing is all my submitted proposals are withdrawn by upwork automatically. See the screenshot. Can you please explain why did this happened?
