Job Success Score dropped

Hello,

 

Why does my JSS dropped to 96%? UpWork didn't even explained it.

 

I do have consistent five-star ratings. Last time my earnings was bugged, it's now fixed but my JSS dropped. What is happening. Pls help.

This is so frustrating. I was protecting my JSS not to drop and perform very well but ended up like this.
