Legal Name of Taxpayer for an LLC taxed as an S-Corp?

What should I fill section Legal Name of Taxpayer? (US Based)  Currently, it is my name. Tax classification is my SS#.

I want to switch to my LLC and LLC Bank account, which is not my name.

I can do the bank change by changing the Bank account and/or Instant pay info, but the tax form is not clear.

There is no box for a business name, only EIN (or SS#) - so do I change Legal Name of Taxpayer  to the LLC name or leave as my real name?

If leave as my name, how does Upwork know the name of my business when sending tax forms at end of the year?

Thank you for your message. Upwork will display the freelancer’s profile and verified names. However, if you have a company that you would like to show on the invoices, you can add it in Settings > Tax Information then click the pen icon in the W-9 section and enter the company name in the Legal Name of Taxpayer field. It will then appear as the Business Name in your invoices. If you'd like to include the Company's organization number, you may update it on the Tax Residence address.
