Loading bug on the Requests Page

Hey, Upwork Community!

I have been dealing with a bug for nearly a month.
When I (visit / open web page) of my any previous ticket requests, the loading circle appears on the screen continuously.
I attached a screen shot as well.
Can someone help me or guide me if something similar is happening to someone else?

But how can I answer this ticket?
I'm unable to view it properly due to the loading bar.
So, how can I answer anything in the request ticket?

You can also check the ticket through the inbox of the email address associated with your Upwork account.
