Microsoft certification verification pending

Hi team,

Over 15 days ago, I manually added my Microsoft Azure cloud certification (AZ-104) to my certification portion. The verification request Status shows "Solved" but it is still showing verification pending on my Upwork profile. Please find the attached files and link for reference and kindly resolve this issue of mine.

Hello Joanne,

 

I am facing the same issue. I added my PL-300 certification 10 days ago, and the status is appearing as resolved in my request. However, in my profile, it says verfification pending and the certification is not appearing in my public view. I am attaching the request screenshot. Here is my certification link:

I have the same problem. For more than 2 weeks its still 

 Pending verification

Same issue here, I added the link to my MS Certifcation transcript over a month ago and it still shows "Pending verification".
