Mobile app issue: "Something's wrong... "

When I am logged in with mobile app, I see the following message. 

"Something's wrong We're aware of the issue, please contact us if the problem persists. k: No promoted items in navigation response See status.upwork.com for updates." 

I am not able to see anything. Please help me resolve it.
