My Paypal can't connect

I can't put my paypal, i don't know how. it says there was a problem with adding your payment method.  Please resolve this issue!

Can you please try to open a different browser and try again? We support Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. Please also try using “Incognito” or “Private” mode on your browser.
