Hello community,
my brother's account got suspended for id verification, he uploaded his documents, he received an email saying his identity was successfully verified and he's good to go, but his account was till showing suspended status,
he contacted the support team for this issue and said that they will look after it, but after 6 days, he received another email saying that they couldn't verify his identity and he would never be able to open an upwork account again, and they're not going to reply his inquiries in the future
????
please help because none of us understand what heppened. and i'm writing this because we run out of solutions, he spent a lot time and energy, he loved his job and he's frustrated now,
