My profile is showing as unavailable after regaining access to it

My account was hacked and when i regained access to it my profile has been showing as unavailable and i cant send or receive messages. I'm unable to get any work because of this and i have been waiting for the tech support team to resolve this issue since Friday to no avail. Please give me some assistance.
