My proposal page is bugged out; I need to reload it several times for it to work.

So, my proposal page takes several times to load and display its content. Also, pages 1 & 2 are the same; when you click on them, they do the same thing. This has been going on for about weeks now. Anyone else having this problem?

Even my page has been degraded. The Headers are not in bold which makes it difficult to read the title. On clicking the proposal the new page comes in top of the existing texts. For reference, images are attached below: Kindly look into the matter asap! I checked my internet connection and there's no network issue from my side!
