I see that you have shared the certification with Upwork directly from the Cambridge online results portal but there is no certification request created on your Upwork account. Please add the certification on your Upwork profile so that our team can review and approve your request. You can refer to this help page for more information.
Let us know if you're having difficulties adding your certifications with a screenshot of what you can see on your profile and we'll surely look into that for you.
