Need more information status stuck

Hi, I have a ticket generated with Upwork team. 46688143

It's been a month my account is restricted and the processing for the case is slow, can anyone from the community forward my message to relevant team. So I can get the response.

But still no one is replying on my ticket, days passing. It's going to be a month now and this ticket is open.

I'm confused what's going on.
