Hello good day , I am new to upwork . I have a client which is **Edited for Community Guidelines**, I finished the job then afterwards they send me the payment but they told me it is pending and I need to pay 200usd then I will receive their payment. They told me not to worry because it is refundable. They call it linking fee. Is this legit?
