I am a client on upwork and has spent thousands of $ here. My account was recently suspended due to a failed charge. I have then immediately updated my billing method and paid all outstanding balance but nothing happened. I tried to find support but there's no way to talk to a human customer support agent.
There's no way upwork thinks all issues can be resolved by simply directing clients to FAQs is there? Someone can help me please?
