Page keeps refreshing

Hi,

I just made an account on Upwork for free lance. However, as soon as i created profile and moved to "find work'' option, page keeps getting refreshed again and again. I've tried in Chrome, Edge, incognito and removed history, cookies and caches but its still not working.
