Password not working

Hi, need help please!

Hi, I'm unable to login into my account due to password not working. I'm a previous employee of Upwork. My previous colleague experienced the same issue and they remove the enterprise client on her account. I'm trying to reach out to support team through help center but no ticket has been generated.

Please advise, thank you!
