Hello, maybe someone can help...

I added PayPal as a method of withdrawing money (in Ukraine) and tried to withdraw it for the first time, but the money returned and I received a letter that The reason for returned funds: Unable to apply funds. What could be the problem? How can I withdraw them to PayPal?

 Thank you for your message. Please contact Paypal support to check your account status and try initiating the withdrawal after the issue is resolved on your Paypal account.
