Payment Issue - Bad Support

Hi guys, is anyone else having problems receiving from UpWork?

 

On client made a partial payment in January, but in February did the remaining payment just a few minutes before he paid the full February fee.

 

The problem is, UpWork paid me the partial January fee, and in February they paid me the total February fee, but not the partial remaining fee from January which was paid by the client on the same day.

 

I already sent the card proof of payment, but the attendee seems to don't read it before typing.

 

Any ideas on how to proceed?
