Payment in pending state since August

Hi,

i have a payment in pending state since August. Looking to the reports, the payment was done by the client, also was taxed but still remains in pending state.

I am also not able to open a ticket, under My Requests there is no buton or any link that gives me the possibility to open a ticket, sincerely i dont know from where to open it (i've looked everywhere).

Can someone take a look please and let me know whats wrong?!
