Payment method

It is showing: "You have no active payment methods" I understand that this is caused by a variety of reasons, but I need direct support to know exactly what is the issue here. Another question: My name on upwork is Mohamad Hijazi. My name on my bank account is HIJAZI MOHAMAD JAMAL. Which name should I choose when filing payment account details?
