Payoneer restricted Verification

Hello,

I have an issue with payoneer.

They are asking for mu upwork info, such as URL, my adresd and my link with the upwork.

I have screenshot all neede and now it is not enough and my account is restricted.

Has anyone had a simmilar issue and how to solve?
