Plz Help! Trying to use old email!

I made this account because I’m really hoping I can ask you to free the email I used on my closed client account.

I’d like to use this email on an account on upwork for freelancing. I must’ve been ignorant while closing the account because I don’t recall that by closing that account, I’d lose my ability to use upwork as a freelancer too.

Please help!!!
