Portfolio Image file cropped by the system from the top and from the bottom

My jpg file size is 799x926 (W 799 H 926, W799 dpi H926 dpi and file size 174Kb) but when I upload it to the upwork portfolio, the system crop it from the top and the bottom. How do I fix it, I need assistance. Please guide, ASAP.
