Possible identity impersonation

Hi. I have been contacted on LinkedIn by an "Upwork Recruiting Team Member" offering a job possition for a partnership between Microsoft & Upwork on a program named  Proactive Grace Support Program as Copilot Ambassador. The people who contacted me on LinkedIn started to send me emails under this domain notifications@talentservices.upwork.com, using the corportative logo of Upwork and signed TSL certificates. I would like to know if this is legit or it is a scam? They want to have an interview via video with me so they can send me to the client. The conditions of the "offer" are payments through Upwork with a 10% comission deduction from Upwork.

I appreciate your concern given the dangers present online lately. I checked and can confirm this email is a legitimate email from the Upwork talent team.
