Private info in Chinese

• After the fraudulent credit card posts, I checked my account personal info.  In the bottom left, I clicked on 'download' personal info.  The screen came up in Chinese.  I feel my account may have been compromised but support does not want to answer phones or allow any topics not of their offering to be addressed.  So am posting here in case support reads this and in case this has happened to others.

Could you please point me in the direction of the posts you're referring to? I don't see any previous posts on your Community profile at the moment. Also, could you please send a screenshot of the button you clicked to get those results so we could check on our end?
