Hi, I have a problem with getting a contract from my employer, for some reason he couldn't send it to me on upwork but he was able to send it to another freelancer, please advise what is wrong with my account?

I looked closely at your account and can confirm that there's no restriction on it. You may continue coordinating with the client and proceed with the contract whenever they have a billable payment method on file.
