Problem with weblink in portfolio

Greetings, Upwork team. I am encountering an issue when attempting to load a web link into my portfolio. The message displayed is: "Unable to get a preview, please try again later." Despite clearing cookies and cache, and trying three different web browsers, the problem persists.
