Problems opening my desktop application

Today I went to start my workday as usual, but when I opened the application it did not open. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but now it just keeps loading in a warning. I would like to receive help

It just keeps loading like this. It doesn't do anything else and when I close it and try to open it again it doesn't open.
