Profile Picture Cropped Issue

Hi,

I have an issue with my profile picture, as you can see in the attachment "1.PNG", it shows properly how it will look everywhere, and even in the profile section, it looks perfect. But when I go to the home page of Upwork, then on the navbar and where the profile completeness is mentioned (shown in attachment "cropped.PNG"), at both places my profile picture is showing completely cropped.
