Profile photo in low quality

Hi there,

I am really frustrated by the quality of my profile photo and I tried everything , different resolutions, dpi , etc.

Nothing helps, is there any way to have a normal quality picture on the profile? Is this some kind of bug?

Thanks for the quick response. Is this really the best quality of the photo that Upwork can display?
I tried many recomended resolutions and it always looks the same.

Hello Dejan,

By default, the platform's image processing will inevitably lower the photo quality you're uploading during the cropping and resizing of images. If you would like to preserve the photo's highest quality possible, you may scale the image using an external photo editing tool before uploading it.
