Profile verification issues

Hey guys. I have a problem, I cannot verify my identity on Upwork. I submitted the form like 3/4 days ago, and I haven't gotten any emails or text messages regarding this. And I also dont have any pending requests on my Upwork account. When I tried to contact the support I was talking to a bot for a good 30 minutes and the issue wasn't solved but I was told that I shouldn't submit the form once again.

I checked your account and saw that you are an exclusive member of your agency. Did you receive a notification that you need to complete the ID verification?

Please know that agency members who are exclusive work on Upwork only as part of the agency. This is the most common type of agency relationship. Your profile and proposals are branded with the agency to make the agency’s part in the working relationship clear to clients. We pay out all contract payments to the agency.
