Project money in escrow

Hello everyone,

I want help and suggestions from you all.

Actually today I have received order on one of my my project. He Needs Some subscribers on his YouTube account. So I was going to start campaign for promotion. But my client haves totally new account, he have 0 jobs published, he hired bought my project directly, there is a amount in my escrow. I need to full fill the order in 10 days. 

But my question is that if I start work, and full fill the 5 days or 8 days work and he cancles the order then whare will be the amount of escrow?

What of he is froud or scam what will be the outcome of my work I did for him.

Any specialist please help me. I'm very confused to work for him or not.
