Hello, I proposed a new contract to my client which he wishes to accept. However, he messaged me saying 'It gives me the spinning wheel like something is happening, but then takes me back to the proposal where I have to click approve again.'

Is there a way to resolve this so he can accept the proposal?

If your client is having trouble accepting your proposal, it would be best for them to reach out to our Customer Support team from their end so they can get assistance directly. A quick way to contact support is by clicking the "Get Support" button that shows at the bottom right corner of the Upwork Help page.
