Received an email from upwork saying my tax ID number is incorrect, but in my settings it looks fine

As the title says; I received an email from upwork saying my tax ID number is incorrect, but in my settings it says it is approved/complete. I'm not sure if the email was sent incorrectly or if the system is saying "complete" even if it's incorrect. I'm hesitant to click the "update tax number" button because it will require me to reverify my page.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
