Regarding Connect Billing Cycle Delays

Dear Sir

I want to mention, that my Connect Billing Cycle Period Renews on, 14th of July.

But, the problem is I received my Connect Re-newals on, 27th of July.

This is such a Big Delay.

I am not being able to send much Proposals to my Respective Clients.

Kindly, let me know the problem & with that try to make the Connect Billing

Re-newal cycle, in the Proper Time Schedule.

Waiting for you to revert back, with Solutions.

Hello, 

I Joind Upwork Fri, June 17,2022 an spent all 40 connects got 1 job.

after the 1st 40 connects i did not get any montly free 10 connects for the Month July, It's already August still nothing. 

Please help.

Hope you are doing good.

I have visited your's profile & found your's joining in upwork, is from Nov, 17th, yr.2017, but you mentioned you are New & joined this June, 17th, yr.2022.

For this I am really confused.

But, for your's Connect delay problem, which is really a disturbing problem, faced by me the same.

Since, you claimed your's Connects, hopefully, the Technical Team acknowledged for Support & you will received the Solution.

I mean you will received your's Connects.
