In freelancer, i am unable to apply for jobs or make proposals for work.  i have tried to get help from chatbot, to no avail.  Can anyone help me resolve the issue(s) so i can fully participate on the upwork platform?  Thanks.

Have you tried clearing your browser’s cookies or using a different browser?
