Reverification

Hi, I'm facing a problem. I verified my account a few months back under the name Md. Omar Faroque. Now I've got a new national ID with a new name. Therefore I want to reverify my account using my new national ID. Everyone's telling me to contact upwork support but for some reason I can't find the option to do that. I would really appreciate if someone can tell me how can I reverify my account. Thanks.
